Another last minute addition to our line of Halloween hats: this one is the cute CHIBI SKULL HAT! Intricate and cool hats are nice, but they are always more expensive and sometimes people just don't have that kind of money. So here's a cheap, cute alternative for the hat-lovers out there.

Why doesn't it have a nose? Chibis don't have noses, silly. What were you thinking?
